Ryan Greenberg has spent over 14 years in bodybuilding, strength training, and fitness while also building a career in emergency medicine.

As a Certified Personal Trainer and Paramedic, Ryan has worked with people from all walks of life — including athletes, tradespeople, busy professionals, shift workers, parents, and adults recovering from injury.

Through years of coaching and healthcare experience, he noticed the same pattern repeatedly: people focused on short-term fitness goals while neglecting the strength, mobility, and resilience they would need later in life.
